If light doesn’t experience time, then from its point of view the moment it was created and the moment it reaches us are the same instant. That thought alone is enough to make your brain pause for a second.

It is amazing how you can explain everything with science and so clearly :) Thank you for that!
A lot of the things you say I somehow know internally and/or learn through everyday experiences, and you have just answered the most challenging question of all, the question I ask myself all the time, the question of why? Why do I see the world this way? Why do all of a sudden I simply know?
Let me give you one example.
I have three sons and some years ago, when they were still very little, I met them in their older age, I met three people and the moment I saw them I just new - these are my sons in the future, right here, right now - and believe me a mothers heart doesn’t lie.
They are here right now, living just parallel to their younger versions. Yes, their future selves are not somewhere in the future, they are here now!
Everything is happening all at once, but why do I get to see this? You have just explained it - this is how light sees us! All possible paths happening at once. And that is why these types of experiences are called enlightenment, because this is when we get to experience the world through the “eyes” of light itself! We literally get to see how the light experiences us, without the filter of space/time :)
And I experience this a lot, as I’m sure everyone does; all of a sudden I can see the full picture and it emerges all at once, in no time, the knowing simply appears, but to explain its mechanism linearly, with sentences, through cause and effect, is very-very hard - it is like moving through molasses. But you do it so effortlessly! Wow 🎉

I respect all the scientists that have brought all of the evidence to bear to this point, but I can't imagine anyone else who so eloquently explains thing in such a scientific way and both in Layman's terms. Really wish this man was still around to be able to break things down this way for everyone. With that being said, and as much i dislike AI in general, it really nice to hear it in his voice with his inflexions. He is by far the most interesting and first choice i look for when it comes to understanding some of the fundamentals of quantum physics and honestly anything related to physics in general.

If a photon possesses color, it must have form. If that form exists at zero time, then an element without form connects points at zero speed relative to the photon. This suggests the speed of light is a limit for waves, not shapeless instances.
Also, speed of light = DEATH, for those who are eager to travel back or forth in time.

Hey Fey, if all distance folds into no distance, doesn't that bring back into play that mentor guy's idea about all electrons being the same electron??????? It could then be everywhere without having any distance to cover.
Also, the photons that exist (and cease to exist) without any time passing from their point of view from birth to absorption...... those begin to sound a lot like the particles on the edge of an event horizon that don't get to exist, because in the moment they're about to be created the opposing matter/antimatter particle on the other side of the event horizon cancel each other out. Like, "no time for you!" which makes the black hole the matter nazi. So existence and non-existence are kinda the same timeless mechanism.

The speed of light … relative to what? Relative to one of three observers, there are two spaceships and each is traveling at 60% of the speed of light towards the other. For the two other observers, one on each spaceship, viewing the other spaceship, is he/she traveling faster than the speed of light?Of course they would have no way of knowing because they past each other already. (🤔) Suppose you discovered a way to move at the speed of light and you were now moving at that speed. Now imagine that you blink your eyes and all other mass ceased to exist. Would you still be moving at the speed of light? This video is interesting, but is it what Richard Feynman, who died in 1988, really taught?

For us, it is the past by the time the information travels from the Sun to us, but for a photon it is a single instant. That is where the whole essence of relativity lies. Our brains resist it, we cannot fully grasp it. We tend to think that time flows uniformly throughout the Universe, but it stretches and contracts. Time is not uniform across the fabric of the Universe. That’s how I understand and perceive it. We imagine that a distant object is in the past by the time we see it now, but the distinction between past and present starts to fade. Time has not passed uniformly everywhere. And if time does not flow at the same rate, what is the past for us may be the present for someone else.

@Dee-x4n@Dee-x4n3v A photon may or may absorbed by the particle it hits depending on the energy gaps of the particle.
Although light doesn’t experience time, we do. If a photon is not absorbed by a particle it hits, it will continue to travel with 0 time😅
