      @@ActionCOACHTV a good reminder to pay attention to the details. For example, actively listen when people speak - listen to the words they use and the sentiment with which they express them. Those are the clues that you should follow to uncover the real issues, so the coaching will be more effective. And the doing too much - over delivering, which leads to overwhelm. Taking control and walking them at a pace to reach each level, so that it can be built upon - build too quickly and it's not stable.
