thank you very very much for keeping the audio instead of some "epic" music. Makes the video way better in my opinion. I love both seeing and listening to these machines
I never saw anything like this before. Whoever thought these machines up should be rewarded. I am 69 and hauled hay as a kid but no one had anything like this. That big tractor is probably air conditioned. Nothing about hay hauling in the 50's and 60's where I lived was air conditioned! You either became conditioned to the heat or you did something else.
Look how flat and firm that ground is! Many of us would kill for land like that. I can not even think about getting that thing stuck in a hidden mud spot. I guess you could take off each unit, so maybe not too bad at all?
That's probably so much fun aside from the constant maintenance of the machine. Heck yeah dude The grass/ground looks a little dry as well, must be a hot or relatively dry region eh?
I don't think I've ever seen a front-mount windrower/rake before. This needs to be more of a thing, just as having a plow on the front and a harrow on the rear or seed-bed combination on front and planter on the rear also need to be more of a thing. What I would refer to as "poly-function" tractors is the wave of the future for at least mid-level farming. It's still not really possible with the larger implements, since most of them are draw-bar mounted for strength anyways. Some of the larger 'Deeres don't even have 3-point hitches on them. Just a draw-bar in the rear and a weight bracket on the front. I guess for the work they do, a 3-point and typical hitch are too weak, but the draw-bar is about as crude as you can get when it comes to mounting points. It's just old-school brute force, which kinda doesn't do it for me anymore. It's no longer good enough to work hard. To compete in this world, you must work smart, lest you be replaced.
I'm sorry but the width of the raking is NOT enough to operate the whole maschine with profit. Even not a first cut. A 360 PS tractor burn at least 50 Lt/h.
You cannot attach anything to the front of a windrower. Their design kinda prevents that from happening. You could put a mower deck on the front and run a tedder on the rear, but that's as close as you're gonna get, especially considering that the central discharge of most mowers is not in need of windrowing. There's no point in windrowing a windrow, if you get my drift. Tedding is still useful, however, and I would see no problem in having a front-mounted tedder and a rear-mounted windrower. That would make more sense than what you're suggesting.
Been honest and not been rude i was jokin about the mower goin on the front,,,wat I really feel is that he has more than enough goin on never mind any more, thanks for the reply and keep the videos coming👍

Richard Strain in the Netherlands they always wrap the bales of gras and hay because you can have that the Hay ferments because it’s to wet and it’s for security like here it’s Hay
I grew up on a farm and I can tell you our environment needs more plastic wrap, like we need holes in our heads. Put it in a bunker or silo, enough with the plastic wrap.
jacky bruckers not completely true. It can still mold. The process just takes longer. So your keeping that moisture locked in hence molding

Loving the old-school tractors! Such a nostalgic feeling! 🕰
*When everything runs smoothly, it's fantastic, but when issues arise, the entire day comes to a halt!*
This is a good way to save operational cost. Impressive
Prachtige combinatie, echt mooi om te zien!
That’s one impressive set up, to row, to bale and to wrap all in one pass Amazing 😉!!!!!!!!!.
When everything works well, great ... but when there are problems, the whole day stands still !!

I did it in the eighties. No AC, but we had a hay train. Albeit just for traditional small bales.
The official definition of efficiency. Nice setup.
Fantastic video sir! Nice combine!!!
Wow... All I can say is, (IF ONLY) that was my dream come true on land that flat, buuut also the equipment. 😀😀

I wonder why are you wrapping up the hay? It's already seems dry?

Just needs a stacker now to drop bakes at the headland
Wouldnt it be easier to just have a mchale fusion on the back and your rake on the front ? ( I know the fusion is a round baler )
I think the farmer likes the square bales and he made this combination.
Ye I was just about to say why not get a Kuhn FBP 3135
Question : is the square faster than a round baler? The travels a bit slower but doesn't have to stop to wrap net unlike a round baler

Why does the video title say silage when they are baling the hay? Silage gets blown into a silo.
Silage does not always get blown into a silo, I’m all my time doing silage I have never seen it blown into a silo
Why didn’t they put a mower on the front of the rake just to keep the driver fully on his toes😜he has no time to text his loved 1.s 😂
