Yes but that doesn't mean he's a quality player. Even Southgate finally realized Gallagher's limitations and has benched him. Gallagher plays a role but he's a squad player at best. He doesn't fit Maresca's system.
I saw the clip of first Chelsea training with Maresca he himself is showing them techniques which I did not see in Poch training Hopefully that he will make players tactically prepared

I am glad a player agrees with me that Poch was tactically atrocious. I never stopped being Poch Out even when we were doing well. Our slow build-ups from the back was exposing our keeper and midfielders.
Caicedo had to hire someone to review his performances, Enzo Maresca has already reviewed everyone's performances before even meeting them. That tells me everything about the difference between Enzo and Poch.

We can trust the process to get to a level we can win the league, but in the meantime we gotta perform still or at least show constant improvement then we trust the process. But Caicedo is solid, I like him….He dealt that on his own ways and his performances improved. Price tag can put a lot of pressure for someone from humble backgrounds like Caicedo. There’s no need to copy what C.Ronaldo did, we deal our daily problems on our own way, why not him? And he’s getting paid to hired 10 other professionals who can help his performance. Cucurella, Palmer, Gallagher, Enzo, and Caisedo will have 2 weeks holiday after internationals ends. They will be chasing the rest of the squad for fitness. Not helping

I guess I've turned the corner and have released all my anger and frustration because honestly, there isn't a damn thing we can do as loyal supporters. I'm doing my level best to look forward to next season and be hopeful that Maresca and these players have a successful season. I believe that a fit Chelsea team with the talent we already have, can finish top 4. Heck we finished 6th last season and only 5 lousy points off top 4. This, with all the injuries (we definitely had more than other teams), and that schmuck Pochedumbo and the board and the owners and all the nonsense... we still nearly finished top 4.
