Wow whee .... my favourite food. Thank you. In Penang, Malaysia it's sold in all the hawker centers and a common street food. We call it 'koay kak.' Fried with soy sauce (both light and thick), garlic or chopped salty preserved raddish, bean sprouts and chilli paste for spicy taste.😊
