Your 2P backsway method isn't really correct, it works but it's extra inputs and is more of an ss cancel method but with db instead of d. The correct input is b,n,b,db,b,n,b and while you don't have input display on, yours seems more like b,n,b,db,n,b,n,b. Once you're in down-back you don't return to neutral and do a proper dash input, once you're in down-back you instead slide it slightly upward on your way back to neutral so that it comes out as db,b,n. This way all you're doing is moving it back, sliding it down, and sliding it upward on your way to neutral, you cut the amount of hand actions in half. Also FYI, the "normal" method is more accurately described as the sloppy method, the proper backsway methods should be used by everyone that can execute them, the reverse wavedash methods leave frames of vulnerability where you are in neutral on the stick, but are in the backdash animation where you can't neutral guard. And obviously, that extra down input means you can never do it quite as fast as the backsway method but the vulnerable frames are much more important.
Ahh yes that makes more sense. In my head I know the motion is something like a tight triangle sequence but I couldn't get it when I was recording. Thx for clearing that up.
It's pretty simple . And it's because of that simplicity that actually executing it is awkward. Imagine a tight triangle motion that omits d completely ( bb n d/b n b, d/b n b,d/b etc. ) If you accidentally put a d motion in there, chances are a backsway will come out.
American sticks I think are good for playing Mortal Kombat. For the most part, Japanese sticks are best for playing most fighting games. Korean sticks might give you a slight advantage for playing Tekken mostly because of the spring being designed to let you go to neutral faster--but ultimately it all comes down to preference.
And to play all kinds of games? My plan is to build an arcade bartop with a raspberry pi3 and I would like to emulate all kinds of games from the mame to where I can recalbox. I do it for fun and not practice high level fighting games. I would also like to ask if 14 buttons are enough to have my complete arcade Apart from these questions I would like to congratulate you for your great performance in these games since if I play against you you would earn me up using the kinect of the xbox 360 as a control
Yea for MAME cabinet I would definitely using recommend a Japanese Ball Top--it's very versatile and efficient. And 14 buttons seems like a lot--8 is fine too.

BemaniAK yea exactly, pretty stupid and wasteful to be doing bb,db, bb, Db, bb, Db..... it's one extra Back for no apparent reason lol
cutcc maybe you should get the CORRECT technique down before making videos
I wouldn't blame him, there's a lot of shit info out there in doing KBD properly, it took me a solid hour of searching to find the proper notation.
Bludika Why are you so mad at the world lol?
Just seeing this makes my wrists hurt
Great vid! You inspire me to make one myself!
Hey, good work
I still have so much trouble Backdashing with Bryan consistantly. Could you tell me the exact input for a clean Backdash?

hey, good video
Try doing that moment from simple ps 3 remote
You should also show your hand movement slowly before each attempt. Other than that, good work!
Thx. I was thinking of slowing down the steps but was lazy =p
You can do another video, which can be more detailed!
please do as I need more help with movement in general.
Man can you slow it down with inputs
Does using a bad hurt your hand or make it tired compared to pad?
What is the name of this instrumental?😍😍

I think I got the hang of all this within the first 6 months of playing TTT2. You can learn it fast if you enjoy it ^_^
I like the Korean bat-top joystick better.
Good
Can't break my controller
Which stick are the best the usa stick or the japan stick

14 for two player i mean
In that case 16 buttons would be good. 8 for each player--gives you room to map extra commands and whatnot.
what about ps3 pad
trilfy nobody cares about pads only losers use pad
Bludika really how?
Anakin uses pad Joey fury uses pad and they can fuck you up
This isnt a irrelevant question do people still play ttt2? Also why not do this movement on tekken 7? You might have attracted more noobs
Kaze Korp. Because it's useless
