Thanks Print Cloud! Very informative! Does this cause a change in the user's driver? ex. When the user in the colour restricted department tries to print from his computer in colour, will the option be "grayed" out or will it prompt him that he is restricted?
In the case of color print restricted and if you send print job in color nothing happens, in the remote user interface portal you see error #701, which is similar to when you send job with wrong ID.

It shows the new users in the users list but when turning on the display, it only shows one user and even the administrator is not showing on the display. Thank you for your comment. Indeed I tried many times on my device, and users were always there. Maybe if you retry deactivate ULM App on MF428x. Did you check for latest firmware on web site for the model?

Yes, I installed the latest firmware for the model. I installed it both on the device and on my computer.

In ULM portal select To Remote UI on the upper right side of the webpage. Then select Login Application and you can initialize or uninstall ULM
It is all set after deactivating ULM app and then activating it again.
