I'm going to say this with the comments that's referencing is nothing wrong with the gay black man wanting a masculine man. The issue with the pedestal of masculinity (which let's call a state of spade, it's not masculinity, it's hypermasculinity) in dating for gay black men is, when you like everything else about a person, but your central requirement for you to be with them is simply masculinity, which a lot of times is hypermasculinity (which there is a difference between masculinity and hypermasculinity) then yes, there is a problem. A lot of gay black men are not dating for love, they're dating for an aesthetic, they're dating for relationship goals, they're dating for Instagram real, they're dating for likes on an Instagram post. That is the reality, and if people want to stand 10 toes on the truth and say that the truth is gay black men want masculine men, then people need to stand 10 toes on the truth that a lot of black hat men date for aesthetic solely. I love that black queer people are creating content. That doesn’t mean we should settle for scraps. This is the problem - we’re always doing stuff subpar, praise it and wonder why we never have good things. Please set the bar higher.
Feel like the presenter needs to work on the flow of the conversation. Trying to talk to every single person one by one every single time is kinda stale. Some people are dead with the answers, avoid them! Also get some name tags, how many times we gotta hear the same person introduce themselves lol
Bravo Lufty, Bravo! This was thoroughly entertaining! So glad you brought this back. Since we changing up the format, I have some suggestions: I loved the format change for the second guy, keep doing that, but then give the dudes on the line up a chance to pop their balloons after speaking with all the guys who still had a balloon. Also cut 2-3 guys on the line and give us more bachelors. After that, maybe include like a balloon swap towards the end, so someone who has a balloon can give it to someone who doesn't but wants one after the first two popping rounds. Maybe include like a prize at the end, like $100 gift card for a date, if you get a match.
The host was a showman extradonaire! Comedic timing on point! Articulating off the cuff and from multiple levels! Escalating and De-escalating as needed. He understands the "assignment".
I like that there was a bit of variety with the bachelors. Lufty do you need to be the bachelor? 😂stop flirting with the contestants! Contestants…act like you’re coming to meet someone! A few of the shoes looked like they walked to the show lol…and then had the nerve to critique somebody outfit. Lastly, a few of these girls need therapy, and anger management, not a spouse. Being short tempered as a grown man is not a badge of honor or “cute.”
All things considered Lutfy I love that you produce this content, people complain about the compatibility or maybe production but the straights have it in every form and fashion so keep it coming!
The host pissed me off when the 2nd contestant came out. You made him pop the balloons based off looks then kept asking him why as if it was anything more than he could say other than looks. Then threw up him missing out on a man with money when again, you didnt allow him to ask questions himself before popping the balloons.
I was thinking this. Like the host was going over board. I don't understand why the top and bottom thing is a deal breaker when there are other ways to have a sexual relationship, and he kept pressing about these men appearances as if looks is all that matters. (not saying he's a terrible host or anything. I just think there are other healthier ways to discuss their opinions without being degrading or being rude.) - not just the host but contestants too.
Green cardigan def ate with that cardigan for one lol, green is my color but I also feel like they tried to downplay him as far as his "build", I don't like that because he's not that big
Love, love, love the concept, but could use some tweaks to represent us in a better light as some parts were extremely cringe, respectfully. Maybe have a conversation with the cast prior to filming about professionalism on set, appearances, and taking it more serious as it just feels as if they are there more for a tv appearance and not to actually date. Not asking about sexual positions since gay men are already viewed as overly promiscuous and it just sexualizes everything, and can take away from the experience of getting to know the guys that come on a deeper level, and not surfaced. I feel like more men would be willing to do this if they did not feel like they were going to get “shaded” and deal with cattiness the whole time. I am confident that this can be a major banger if revamped a bit. There is ample opportunity for growth. I will continue to watch and support.
I'm watching this in reverse, after the 3rd episode. This portion had me cracking up,I had to stop the video multiple times 😅. Country bumpkin tried to tell you what he was going to do on your show😮. You really got him together and let him you know.

This show and the comment section are great case study material - it's interesting to see desirability on full display here and some of the more... incorrect... opinions of the comment section that seem almost AI-generated. One observation that might be a harsh reality is that this may, in-fact, be the most visceral way to show how desirability works in it's various forms (especially with the capitalist display we saw in this episode). Usually I can't watch humilitainment because I cringe super hard or get second-hand embarrassment, but it's entertaining once you push through.
This was very cringe. And it's not the contestants that makes it cringe it's the host. I understand that he trying to make it fun but I think he needs to be a little more serious. If someone gives their answer to something, just leave at that. Don't try to dig deep in the situation because that's how you get mess started. (As we seen was about to happen a few times.)
1 of my pet peeves in the gay community is assuming that fem presenting guys are ok with being referred to as girl...I'm glad he corrected that and said they can hangout like "homeboys" and another 1 is using heteronormative as the standard for gay relationships
As a show host/presenter’ you should “not” be “flirting with your guess/host. It doesn’t look right, it’s downright disrespectful. People looking in from outside will not be happy nor comfortable seeing the Show Host behaving in such a disgusting manner. The guest taking part in your contest are not happy nor comfortable with the fact of you flirting with them. As a qualified care worker’ I’m able to read and judge peoples body language and character. Your guests are the ones to be flirting amongst themselves. NOT U! Come On Man’ show some respect!
The guy in the green cardigan and the dudes standing on either side of him would be the only ones I’d be interested in getting to know. The rest are walking red flags. You should be almost expect to deal with drama, gaslighting, and violence with any of the others, especially the two on both ends.
I love that this show was made for gay black men, so kudos to production for bringing this to life. However, I have to lower expectations for shows like this. These men are not here for dating but exposure and messiness. It can be depressing thinking this is the dating landscape. 😅
Great episode! Personally, this kinda represents the current dating climate. For example, I can’t date you because we are in the same social circle or our fashions don’t match, or I’m too much and you’re not enough (ending with no shade) 😂. At the end of the day the day got to end, so fix it or don’t it’s your life. Great show!!
Praise god I’m in my 23 yr relationship well married now! Because the dating pull today is crazy or trying find love I would be lonely!! I’m praising god I don’t have to go thru them shenanigans
The idea behind this is good. And that’s the extent of my positive feedback. The host needs to work on his interviewing and hosting skills cause it’s lacking. He doesn’t need to insert himself into the experience to the extent he does. Also, stop trying to force things between the participants. I feel as though the guy who does the backstage interviews could be a better host because his questions are more intelligent. Your camera angle needs to be worked on cause I don’t know what these people look like until they’re doing their backstage interviews. And hold off on the n-word cause this ish is overused. Please ask smart questions. Please also get participants who are able to articulate. If the main participant is of a particular age, then it would make sense to have a wider age range of daters. Having these little boys with attitude and whose perspective is based on fashion, is banal and vapid. Having the participants doing their own stuff and having side conversations while an interview is taking place is just ghetto and disrespectful. Edit: seeing the other similar comments is reassuring.
I find this version of this concept more entertaining than the others I've seen. Lutfy and I have a similar way of navigating people, which I think is hilarious! However, watching this reminds me that each of these people represent types of people that are walking around everyday. The violence part.... Had he not said so, I wouldn't have known, and to know that there are people who are not only habitually violent but are also proud of that aspect of themselves is WILD to me! Maybe I've been outside of the US for too long, but just as I was just thinking dating life here in Shanghai is crazy, I think I prefer this over that!
great show.. love the platform being built.. its just crazy how self- hating gays/ppl can be.. i stay to myself because of this .. many guys will only befriend you if they find you physically attractive . they didnt let the first guy speak b4 popping
The second round was a bit brutal in terms of having them go into detail about what their type is. I understand it and respect it, but idk if many people are open to doing so and can create a bit of awkward moments. Also Challis seems to be the only one that REALLY got the concept and was mature and a catch. And the two bosom buddies on the end was eh. I generally like Leos but he was a bit standoffish

Feel like the presenter needs to work on the flow of the conversation. Trying to talk to every single person one by one every single time is kinda stale. Some people are dead with the answers, avoid them!
Also get some name tags, how many times we gotta hear the same person introduce themselves lol
Thank you watching!
Clock it ! It started getting boring tbh 💀
Name tags is a good suggestion tbh
The fat shaming is real in this community
Thank you for watching!
Age shaming too. I don't believe the host helped.
The Host is 😍…
Definitely the prize….
Thank you!
Why they treating the second guy like that, he’s sooo adorable 😭😭😭😭
Dee want Chase BAD! And Chase is like uhhh ok. 😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Give me the doctors the lawyers the principals the professors cause this ain't it
Thank you for watching!
This is such an archaic way of thinking. People can have professional success in so many different ways nowadays
Some of us do have advanced degrees with professional licensure.
@@johnjackson1466 I need mine to look and behave like it, sorry.
What are they bringing. We need people with wisdom and respect,,, Not necessarily the ones u named.
Thank you for watching!
These are gworls… WHERE ARE THE MEN???
Thank you for watching!
The host personality is everything I need!!!
Thank you!
The host was a showman extradonaire! Comedic timing on point! Articulating off the cuff and from multiple levels! Escalating and De-escalating as needed. He understands the "assignment".
🙏🏽 thank you
The wild card was great, however, the two guys who think they pretty killed me😂😂😂😂...the only good looking is the emcee
Thank you for watching!
This is a whole mess. Especially the first guy and the last guy who was the "mole". With attitudes like that they'll never be happy
Thank you for sharing!
We love challllis 🤩🤩🤩
I like that there was a bit of variety with the bachelors. Lufty do you need to be the bachelor? 😂stop flirting with the contestants!
Contestants…act like you’re coming to meet someone! A few of the shoes looked like they walked to the show lol…and then had the nerve to critique somebody outfit.
Lastly, a few of these girls need therapy, and anger management, not a spouse. Being short tempered as a grown man is not a badge of honor or “cute.”
Thank you for watching!
Your comment about how some of them looked like they walked to the show is sending me 🤭😆😆
Lutfy was letting folks know "I'm the Capt! I'm the Head _____ in Charge!"
Okay Zaddy!!! Lol

Thank you for watching!
They got mad when it was done to them😂
Thank you for watching!
All things considered Lutfy I love that you produce this content, people complain about the compatibility or maybe production but the straights have it in every form and fashion so keep it coming!
Thank you for the support!!!

That host is FINE AS HELL
Thank you!
He is! And with a great personality too !

I appreciate it!
The host is hilarious lol I wonder what’s his sign, and having the guest pop the balloons instead was creative
Thank you for watching!
The host has no hosting skills …he’s childish & a bit immature.
I totally agree! That didn't make any sense.
Thank you for watching!
Thank you for watching!
🤣Everyone wants a trade piece…. END OF SHOW
Thank you for watching!
you need a wider range of guys attracted to a wider range of guys…

@@Sincerely_Lutfy ur welcome i like it - just a suggestion :)
Green cardigan def ate with that cardigan for one lol, green is my color but I also feel like they tried to downplay him as far as his "build", I don't like that because he's not that big
Thank you!!
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Very handsome
I'm soooooo disappointed. The level of absolute messiness. The immaturity of some, not all. I'm truly outdone. 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
Thank you for watching!
You are welcome
Lutfy is a good host, he has a Great Personality, yes the show had a few bump's, it will get better, i enjoyed it.
Thank you! 🙌🏽
@@Sincerely_Lutfy you're welcome.
The HOST kept everyone under control and professional

@@Sincerely_Lutfy you're welcome.
Thank you for watching!
Green cardigan was cute 💚
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Yes the guy with green cardigan he is cute and he seem very much matured and family orientated❤
This is our modern day “Next” but with more character and I’m definitely hear for it😂.

I'm watching this in reverse, after the 3rd episode. This portion had me cracking up,I had to stop the video multiple times 😅. Country bumpkin tried to tell you what he was going to do on your show😮. You really got him together and let him you know.
Glad you enjoyed it
Why the camera so far?Let's do more close up,more angles like the original pop the balloons
Thank you for watching!
Leo’s hate Taurus cause we the only ones that call them out on their shit. 😂 my last was a Leo and though we not dating she still can’t be rid of me. It’s nothing but love but we really do see past the superficial shid and a lot of Leo’s are. Still love sis though ❤
Thank you for watching!
I just feel like there’s a bunch of unavailable men pretending to be available.

One thing these gays gone do is “See somebody as good friends “
Thank you for watching!
This was the best hosting ever , I love his style
Thank you!
Thank you for watching!
Thank you for watching my show!!!!
1 of my pet peeves in the gay community is assuming that fem presenting guys are ok with being referred to as girl...I'm glad he corrected that and said they can hangout like "homeboys" and another 1 is using heteronormative as the standard for gay relationships
Thank you for watching!
Why is top/bottom an upfront question?!
Who wants to waste time with someone who is not sexually compatible?
why is the chase guy on several episodes doing the exact SAME shxt!?
Perhaps clout.
living for the Beyonce references from the host
We love Beyoncé!
Thank you for watching my show!
Everyone looking for a top but am here ain’t no one coming for me
Thank you for watching!
This was a very interesting cast . I would love to see more episodes of gay males interactions because some of us are in toxic relationships.
Thank you for watching!
The guy in the green cardigan and the dudes standing on either side of him would be the only ones I’d be interested in getting to know. The rest are walking red flags. You should be almost expect to deal with drama, gaslighting, and violence with any of the others, especially the two on both ends.
Thank you for watching!
The closing interview with the guy with the yellow hat was cool
Thank you for watching!
I love that this show was made for gay black men, so kudos to production for bringing this to life. However, I have to lower expectations for shows like this. These men are not here for dating but exposure and messiness. It can be depressing thinking this is the dating landscape. 😅
Thank you for watching!
Style channel is so genuine love him downnnn
Great episode! Personally, this kinda represents the current dating climate. For example, I can’t date you because we are in the same social circle or our fashions don’t match, or I’m too much and you’re not enough (ending with no shade) 😂. At the end of the day the day got to end, so fix it or don’t it’s your life. Great show!!
Thank you for watching!
Praise god I’m in my 23 yr relationship well married now! Because the dating pull today is crazy or trying find love I would be lonely!! I’m praising god I don’t have to go thru them shenanigans
Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for watching my show!
Thank you!
Lessgoo! Lufty back at it again.
Thank you!!!
First time watching u and lemme gone ns say...i stole the intro song 😂❤ but i loved the video too lol

great show.. love the platform being built.. its just crazy how self- hating gays/ppl can be..
i stay to myself because of this .. many guys will only befriend you if they find you physically attractive .
they didnt let the first guy speak b4 popping

The second round was a bit brutal in terms of having them go into detail about what their type is. I understand it and respect it, but idk if many people are open to doing so and can create a bit of awkward moments. Also Challis seems to be the only one that REALLY got the concept and was mature and a catch. And the two bosom buddies on the end was eh. I generally like Leos but he was a bit standoffish
