1.0 and 2.0 still the perfect silhouette
Nothing will beat the 1.0 upper for me. The 2.0 is solid too.
Nah 3.0 was also pretty dope and 4.0 was also fine but 1.0 white with that cream colour was the best

I got 1s 2s, a 4 ,2 19s. The best are 1 and 2.
Nice reviews as always, I always love how you refer to other shoes and compare them. the sustainability part really hits me, as a person with 70+ pairs of shoes (LOL), between dress shoes, Js, Yeezys and boosts I always feels a bit guilty of what I'm doing to the environment while curating my hobby. I'm glad big sneaker brands like Adidas are using recyclable materials for their popular lines. That is something I can always get behind.
After watching Seaspiracy, I´m looking even more for shoes like this. There are a LOT of materials used in sneakers production and replace a portion of it, with recycled material is incredible! AND it´s good looking, that green tone is just fire!

Ultra boost 1.0 was excellent. My next favorite was the 2019 ultra boost. Idk something about that model just stuck with me

bought my first ultraboost 20 last year for running... now thinking of getting the dna, I think it is one of the best lifestyle sneakers
Jus get Hoka, Saucony, Brooks, or even New Balance for better running. Trust me.
Love the Ultraboost, but I'm personally waiting for adidas to rerelease other old colorways. On the sidenote, 'still waiting patiently for a Forum 84 video!

I understand the strategy of separating the lifestyle and performance lines, and I kinda like it, but adidas has got it wrong in my opinion. The Ultraboost 21 weights 380 grams, how am I supposed to run in that ?

Copped a 4.0 dna , excited for delivery
I have 2 pairs of these non dyed. The first one's straps are low saturation light green while the second pair is relatively more vivid and bluer, like the one in this video.

For me, the eqt 91/17 was probably more comfortable than ultraboost. The only minor complaint was the weird shaped tongue. But the boost was so much more comfortable
Ultraboost feel special to me because when i saw Kanye wearing them for the first time i instantly was obsessed and still am till this day. I feel like he was the man who made them cool
Not only do they look clean they feel amazing. Now I have a ton of ultra boosts and they are my go to.
I didnt even know what they were. And my girlfriend told me about em. Then one day at the mall we looked and shoes. And somehow there was a returned pair of ultra boost 2.0 whites. I tried them on and was like wow these are insane. Now I have a ton of ultra boosts and they are my go to. Even though I love jordans and some yeezys I wear mostly ultra boost. Always will.
Hmm they should focus more on the new 21 Silhouette if it would get the hype just like the 1.0-4.0 it will sell pretty good

Great review! I do agree the use of recycled materials is a big step in the right direction. Also agree about the tongue. The UB19 used a super stretchy Primeknit where you could open up the shoe all the way to the end of the cage. Making a not-so-stretchy version is a big turn off. Having high arches, I completely avoid tongue-less shoes as they are much harder to get on feet. This would be a big reason for me to pass on them.
Also UB21 suck. The harder Boost and poor heel lockdown make them trash. Why add all that extra Boost if you're only going to make the stiffer? And that just adds extra weight which makes them the heaviest runner on the market. I know you aren't a runner Seth, but the Nike Invincible Run is what the UB21 should have been. Nike out-Boosted the UltraBoost.

Just picked up a pair. my cage is more a Grey colour than yours. Guessing thats down to the fishing nets they use and there will be colour variations between pairs, that’s pretty cool. Love were Adidas are heading with Prime Blue and Parley. I have quite a few Parley ultraboosts now and this is one of my favourites

6.0 material is way thinner and softer... the opening is harder to get your foot in. Not sure whether this version can last like previous versions...

bought that one, have a bigger foot but this one hurts my feet, the cage is so hard it just cuts into the side of my foot.
Same. I even have narrow feet, and the cage dug in. Pretty disappointing because they look dope.

Hi there. I just got this UB 6.0 parley as my first pair but plan to get a 4.0 or 5.0 soon. With the change in the tongue design should I get the 4.0 or 5.0 half a size bigger?

What was up with this 6.0 model? It came out a year ago and I literally never saw it at a store a single time. Never saw it on eBay. Never saw anyone talk about it. I don't get what happened.
I STILL believe their recycled material products should be slightly cheaper because it gives people more of an incentive to buy it, because i personally would pick the shoe without recycled materials if u held both infront of me and told me its the same price🤷♂️

Is there any difference between male and female ultraboost models? I found an adidas ultraboost dna x marimekko collaboration on sale in the size I wanted, but it's only in women's sizes.

Man you apparently forgot the existence of the UB 4.0. In my opinion it's better than the 2.0, the 3.0 and maybe even the 1.0. Just commenting because you sound like you think that there was only 3 years of new knit patterns in this og kinda silhouette before the 19 (which deserves love too and doesn't receive a lot), but it was 4
Hello Seth, please ... can you tell me, how you keep this kind of shoes clean? Or how to gently clean them? In the past I used my washing mashine, but since I'm buying more sxpensive ones I'm looking for some more careful care :) Thank you and greetings from Czech republic.
I would recommend to watch some Reshoevn8r videos on RUclips. They have super good tutorials for cleaning sneakers and they have hundreds of videos for basically every model of sneaker.
Most of the stuff you can do with regular brushes, but their product line of special brushes and cleaning tools is also pretty dope if you like to invest a few bucks in cleaning stuff

the new tongue looks much for comfortable ngl. The seam where the old tongue connected to the rest of the shoe always pressed into the top of my foot and bruised
