bakit ang mahal ng properties sa Manila, Cebu, Pampanga. Parang sa states na presyo na. Pero ang labor naman mura (construction workers/I hope malaki ang bayad sa kanila. Tapos mga materials mostly naman ng materials made in China mas malapit sa Philippines
compare to USA na meron pang mga tariff and all. Ewan ko lang dyan kung meron. Tapos ang traffic pa grabe kaya siguro ang may ari ng Camella homes yamaman kasi kinagat ng mga tao.
