I was born and raised in Whittier/La Habra but I'm embarrased to say this year was my first time attending the moon eyes open house but it has become one of my favorite shows. It's the "every man's " car show. Everything from totally home built rat rods that I could afford to custom roadsters I could never afford. As soon as my wife and I got there the vibe was so chill, we felt right at home. We love rockabilly music so the band sounded great and getting my picture taken with the great Gene Winfield was a highlight of my life. Can't wait for the New Year's party at Irwindale Speedway.and next years open house.
