I think its sad that rushia was clearly in development but wasn't finished because of angry haters.... we legit can see the sprite for rushia's skull necklace and accessories in the skull trail that can be purchased in the casino....
I'm gonna be real honest, as much as it would have been cool to represent the CHARACTER Rushia, not including her is probably better for the health of the community (especially in Japan) and the health of the game's public image in general. On a more personal note, I really don't like the person behind Rushia (not to mention I'm not that much of a fan of any Vtuber that encourages their fanbase to see them as a significant partner, it's really icky). Now that doesn't equate to my feelings of Rushia as a character, but for other people, especially those who felt betrayed by Rushia (no matter how ujustifiable that feeling is), see the character and the person behind the character as one in the same. Not having Rushia is truly a smart option on Kay Yu's part. I'm just glad she got some sort of representation, and it's, in my opinion, the best thing he could have done.
Yoooo, first :v

Not including Rushia was for the best. the 98% overwhelmingly positive reviews will plummet if she's there. lol
