Sean Russell’s injury really killed us, we missed will smiths X factor from the bench and Dylan brown just isn’t a centre. Also Jake Arthur had no spark we were lucky with the win
Why did nobody mention Campbell putting his knees into the winger, sending him to hospital ? There is so much bias from the commentary on plays like this, he clearly lead with the knees, the result showed it, and not 1 mention of it.
Did he go to hospital? Saw that and thought "ouch!" That is taking one for the team: If he's done in with damage, then there's got to be a "that's foul play". If no damage, then a warning at least: Just watch it because that looks like cracking some eggs the way the knee goes into the ribs or stomach.
@@commentarytalk1446 Yep, confirmed by commentary team with half time update, that he was taken to hospital for X-rays/scans, surely will be sighted for reckless contact ? I know he didnt have allot of choice, but that doesnt seem to be a defence these days

Absolutely no different to the first try from goldcoast. The goldcoast one in my opinion looked even more forward but they were both forwards on a separate day. Ruling was backwards out of the hand for both. *I’m neither a parra or a titans fan.
If you look at Lanes try and Blakes try - Campbell comes into the tackle with his knees - this is obviously injured a player in Russel when diving over the line!! My Warriors are playing Titans this week so if he doesn't change his tackling style I think he could send another player to the hospital!! Unless AFB runs him over and stomps on his head..
Titans right side defence is terrible, no sliding and Herbert rushing out of the line and not connecting when it’s critical basically every time the eels scored on that side
The penalty count tells the story. Seven penalties against the Titans. One penalty against the Eels. And then Parra gifted the game with a dodgy captains challenge, or two. I can't believe anyone is dumb enough to bet money on Rugby League games.
I think Parra got off to a quick start and the ref gave Titans a leg up for a while, Parra gassed out without the ball and then the ref tried to give it back to them, it's more "entertainment" than a true sport these days.
@@terencedennis7194 I had to give a thumbs up for your reply and the entertainment more then sport comment. it a shame that such an entertaining sport needs to get tweaked every ten minutes!
Just rewatching the game. At 11 mins to go, Moses gets blocked by Will Smith attempting to take a bomb. NO PENALTY. A penalty every time, for every other team, any day of the week ... except for Parra today apparently. At 15 mins to go, Isaac Liu tackles Ray Stone. The replay on this video DOESN'T show everything. He tries to play the ball and Liu brushes the ball with his knee. Stone adjusts and goes to put the ball down, when Liu drags his foot across under the ball. If you can't see that as deliberate, you don't have both eyes open. This video is misleading, watch a game replay. Dylan Brown copped a 3 week suspension for his tackle on Roosters 5/8 last year. Accidental knees to the back when scoring a try. Coach Robinson squealed after the game that Brown should have been sinbinned for 10mins, even though it was accidental. Much respect for Jayden Campbell and again, his rib breaking knees to the back to Sean Russell was accidental but why not 10mins for reckless endangerment? Surely the Brown precedent last year MUST lead to a 3 week suspension for Campbell. Parra lost 3 try scorer Russell for the game, the Titans lost nothing. Justin Holbrook and many whingers here but Parramatta were undoubtedly the better team and deserved to win. Only surprising Parramatta errors in the first half and poor wing defence by Simonssen kept the Titans in the game. Both teams are semi final certainties I reckon.
