    This was a great video. Do you plan to do any more regarding some of the technical sections of the trail? Those sections are nearly impossible to see on POV at speed. Thanks.

    Finally a helpful video. I’ve been reading the rules over and over and the wording is confusing me.
    Could you answer a couple of questions for me?
    Does everyone do just the 1 seeding run?
    And even though you didn’t finish your qualifying run you still just started at the back of amateur and not in the single timed mega affinity. Why was that?
    The rules make it sound like if you don’t finish your qualifying run you’ll be in the last 950 qualifiers and so will be in the affinity race?

      They are not the clearest are they, It does however become a lot clearer once you arrive and get chatting to a few people.
      Yes that's right, one seeding run which is a race on a separate trail.
      As far as I'm aware the Affinity is effectively a group of riders who set off after the last race on the Saturday.(Main Race was on Sunday) It's very casual and defiantly shouldn't be classed as a race.
      I'm assuming the riders in Affinity booked into that category when signing on?

    Hi! Thanks for the great video and all the helpful details.
    Question - how early did registration for the race open? I am trying to register for the upcoming, July 2024 race, but cannot find the registration online. Thank you for any advice :)

    Can this route be done off season for practice?

    • @MtbTrailHub
      @MtbTrailHub  8 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, however sections will be un taped of coarse, you may end up loosing parts of the trail as it cuts across quite a few roads etc.
      Most of it is marked though I believe.
      I'd expect the snow to be unridable and very slushy!
