To answer your question. If the ball contacting the net pushes the net into your hands it doesn't count as a net touch. Same rule also applies to if someone touching the net outside of the antenna (Which is allowed) shakes the net and makes it touch your hands or body it doesn't count.

i recommend when your setter is in the backrow you should just tell to setter to not receive not unless if they have to.
