Also, these startups may not be manufacturing on themselves because manufacturing requires large capital investment while which isn't available unless you have already scaled. For things such as drones or high-end manufacturing certainly manufacturing abilities would be required but overall if you want to set up a factory for textiles garments or plastics or any other thing, that isn’t regarded as MSME. So that’s why the government bought PLI to support the M SMEs in manufacturing, let’s hope that it does good to this country
