Because none of the names you know want to risk the hazard of fighting him. It takes two to tango; and since nearly all of your favorite fighters have already had their ass handed to them by Shakur in the gym, they find an excuse to turn down his challenge.
The real reason why is because Shakur isn’t a big draw because of his fighting style, so even though he’s elite it’s always hard to get the popular names in the ring with him.

The problem I have is I’ve never saw this skill he is supposed to have. Feels like Haney all over again.
For example De La Santos had Kur running with a simple lunging body jab from right outside of range the entire fight, and not once was Kur able to sidestep and return fire. He boxes too linear, always a straight line and never lateral.

I hate the Santos fight but despite it being horrible it displayed his footwork beautifully. Kur isnt Tank, Crawford or Floyd level great but he’s definitely a threat just kinda look deeper into wat he can do an bring to the table against top guys. His ability to measure distance alone is crazy.

And Loma earned those Floyd comparisons based on his sheer boxing ability being on a level coming into the game, then Kur will ever reach.
Loma is a 2X Gold Medalists and a 3 Division World Champ by only his 12th fight.
So yes when a boxer can do what Loma did they rightfully get compared to Floyd especially the way he was doing it like during the 5 fight NoMasChenko run where he had 5 consecutive fighters quite on their stool like fxcc this.
Name another boxer who was so good that they made 5 straight opponents just quite because they couldn’t figure him out.
There’s a difference between a guy like Shakur who frustrates opponents by running like he did to De La Santos, and a guy like Loma who made people quite because not only could they not figure him out but he was fuccin them up so bad in the meantime they couldn’t even finish the fight.

What you said but in my opinion Floyd would destroy Loma. Shakur and Loma is a 50/50 fight although I agree if you are more skilled you should outclass the guy in more ways than primarily running around the ring.
Loma is all time great but still a bit overrated. He himself in my opinion lost both fights to Devin and Teo by starting too late. If he and Tank fight he would desperately need a win or one of the narratives for Lomanchenko once he retires will be, he was very skilled but never got over the hump against the top guys. Floyd completely dominated all the top guys HUGE difference.

He don’t do well with power punchers with good footwork. He don’t engage or counter. He runs. Shakur said it himself.. “Fuck the fans” if it means do anything to secure the win. This translates to people not wanting to see him fight. Which hurts his marketability. He’s a good boxer, but the Edwin fight showed that he not as good as everyone thinks he is. If Edwin had a little engage himself he would beat Shakur.. Something Tank would easily capitalize on.

On the other hand, shakur don’t like power punchers with speed and footwork.. He runs, that’s not what you call defense sir. It’s called having one hand and not wanted to get caught and/or not knowing how to box with one hand against a power puncher. So he ran.
Tank on the other, boxed the shit out of pitbull(power puncher) with one hand. Its levels. ShKura and Tank would be an interesting fight, but Tank will get his ass out of there in 10 rounds or less.
