Skins (some players always have one specific skin), movement, drop spot (some teams drop on same spots almost all the time). Also obviously if they downed one of the team nearby before, they know their teammates
One of three things, they know a particular skin a team wears, they know where a particular team drops or they kill one member of the team and know the teammates and make reasonable assumptions about their location based on the constant UAV information.
The team you push and call out all 3 are looking at you how did you know that as the roof was covered in smoke but you knew they were all looking at your team mates can see 1 of them running around but you just knew exactly where they were 😂😂
