1.5 cup all purpose flour (180 gm)
¾ cup Sugar (120 gm)
½ cup fresh Curds (100 gm)
1/4 cup Oil (65 ml)
1.5 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
⅓ cup condensed Milk (75 ml )
1 tsp Vanilla essence
¾ cup Milk
1 tsp Vinegar
4 tbsp Cocoa powder

1 cup heavy cream (250 ml)
½ tsp Vanilla essence
100 gm Dark Chocolate compound
30 gm White Chocolate compound
150 ml Fresh cream

Seemaji, thank you for the crystal clear instructions. For the first time my cake came out well. I tried in OTG following your guidance over answers given to subscribers & also watched your basic vanilla cake in OTG. I used a 7 inch SQUARE tin 3 inches in height. I preheated OTG on 180 for 10 minutes with both coils on. Then put on Bake mode for 40 minutes on 170 Celsius. My cake was spongy, soft & tasty. BUT, IT HARDLY rose 1 inch.,.. It was a flat bellied cake. I followed all instructions, same ratio of ingredients etc. Please advise if you can figure out where I must have erred? Do you think I should try on a 6 inch round tin? Awaiting your inputs. Thank you once again. It's a pleasure watching your videos & then trying it. I also tried your Cornflakes mixture and that turned out great.

My cake batter was out for almost 10 minutes or a bit more cause I got caught up in something & didn't put it into the oven on time... Will try again. Only did not rise as expected for my own mistake which you caught immediately!! Salute you Ms. Seema. Thank you once again.
