and that's why one should always bring at least some basic "fuck-off" spell. Imagine how fun would that wizard disease be with fireballs.
Fireball summons an item in your hand that activates the spell iirc, and the disease doesnt have hands. I think most attack spells work this way
However, consider lesser summon bees...

@@shadowman484 Fun fact, holoparasites are actually buckled to the people they are tied to, but on a special "ghost" slot that doesnt interfere with the normal buckle slot. I think diseases work in a similar way, with entities buckling onto other entities so that the diseases screen follows them. If this is indeed how it works, that means that the disease is a separate entity from its host which means that spells would NOT work in the way you suggest. Would a wizard casting fireball on someone elses back give them the fireball? I doubt it
I like the "Make the crew so paranoid that they tear the station apart for you" plan.

And I rolled wiz again with Cult Leader gimmick. warops on a same round so not a good footage, since I have something else to edit, gonna wait more.
Ah darn, bad run of luck there. Even if you were to kill the Ops with death wand the station would be armed and the shuttle would be called before you could get the ball rolling.

I was the paramedic by the end of the video and I kept wondering what the fuck is happening especially in that chemistry. It was driving me nuts because the virus was indeed good virus at first and then it went bad then random wiz shit kept happening.

I hadn't played ss13 in a long time and when I did, I had the best and worst game I've ever played.
I became changeling as a paramedic and my target was the other paramedic and I quickly took care of him as soon as I got the chance. No suspicion cause it was early game.
The head of research then came up to me and told me to use an item that looks like snakes swirling around a rod. I knew what it was and thought it'd be a good chance to clear suspicion from me if anyone suspected. The only thing I was sacrificing was an arm to permanently hold the item. One thing I completely forgot about the item is that, YOU CAN'T DAMAGE ANYONE ONCE YOU'VE USED THE ITEM!
And so I was just wandering around the station, doing normal crew stuff.

Same and it's mainly how obtuse it is to not only to get it running but also because it's a game that's deep as shit and every server is different, makes it hard to get into (Plus I don't want to be a grey retard who struggles to do simple tasks). But these vids are great.
@@braystar8578 I mean, if you're willing to just sit down and read the new player guide it's not TOO hard to get into. Yes it's difficult but you can learn fast, and there's no shame in being bad when you start out. As long as you're willing to just sit down and read the wiki sometimes or ask the admins for help with things you'll learn quick. And the admins, at least on /tg/ from my experience, are always willing to help no matter how stupid your question may be. Just read the /tg/ new player guide, hop on sybil, and try it out! It really is a wonderful experience once you get even a basic grip on it.

Uhh, if you bust transmission stat you could reinfect cured crew (not sure, maybe changing sympthoms makes it possible) and infect those, who already had benefical or other advanced virus(100% sure here). Sadly, resistance stat change doesn't seem to change curing chemical, that sucks. I once had sentient disease round with robust viroligist and mostly competent med and chem. So sad, this round ended for you so quickly
