Old one had more textures and brighter lightning but less depth perception, but new one has less texture but more depth perception, and less brighter lightning. My guess that due to increasing content they had to remove texture to slow down the increase in hardware requirements
Ah those days of 2019 to 2021 were great when i used to play codm on a 3gb phone and at that time the game ran pretty well without any issues with less storage required and i always pushed to legendary rank in mp and br with a 3gb phone and i used to be a great player and purchased battle passes as well then after a longtime i left codm in 2021 and after that i have returned to codm now in 2024 and everything was changed the br was not the same anymore and there were changes in mp as well back then playing codm was really fun
Texture quality, texture resolution and tessellation are better now, but the old Old lighting, bloom, ambient occlusion and grass models look better but the grass was static. And reflections are mixed, some reflections good on new, while some looks good on old. eg. Water and road reflection. Weapon and character models look better now. New textures and models with old lighting and grass will be great.

same here. but honestly i like the new one better. oh, little story i just remembered: one game i went to the building with the disco dance floor room thing and just jammed out there for the whole game. even after the border passed over me i stayed there and jammed out and just healed myself with the old healing stuff. i only left when the border was starting to get to the insane damage phase and then i took the helicopter from the roof and went to the safe zone and won the game. that was probably my best memory of classic codm.

Agree, i only play the blackout map. Blackout has the best graphics and colours but they didn't update the blackout like the isolated. A rainy foggy atmosphere would be great for the blackout map.
@@CosmicGhostYT I hope they don't update the locations in blackout while taking off existing ones like they did with isolated . I really don't like the idea of some of my favourite locations gone to be replaced by some shitty locations like futbal field ( who cares about football in an fps game )
@@Forest_The_Mighty yes, only the crash area is good.. i want some weather atmosphere update in the blackout map.. rainy thunderstorm or foggy weather would be perfect for the blackout map..or they can add more trees and long grass or dense bushes in the map.
The texture of the new graphics is good, and after the super resolution the sharpness also increases. But still the colours are pale and the lighting is bad.. and they literally forget about the blackout map. Blackout needs some updates.
The new vehicle physics is wierd,like have an auto balance while flying in mid air and going up to mountain.this feature is helping a little but feels sooo wierd and uncomfortable while riding up to mountain

Codm br sucks after they added futuristic area like T3, Vision City, Relace old crash site with new and many more. I really still prefer to jump at OG locations like Farm, Kill House, Sakura etc.
I knew the old version had better overall graphics! Been playing since 2019, and yup, A LOT has changed. I do think this is because of optimization stuff. So players with cheaper phones can still play. But it does look a bit boring now. Less engaging.

2019's Graphics were more realistic... Codm has shifted its focus more towards mp over the years and this is evident from the degradation in BR graphics from 2019 to 2023... Being one of the most reputed company in the gaming industry , activision should have focused on both mp and br equally...

Currently Isolated on very high graphics look garbage even Alcatraz. The only BR map which looks good right now is Blackout.
