Thanks for this, I was starting to believe these basses would give you an electric shock if you attempted to play something other than progressive metal.
Really good demo, that bass sounds great! You're doing really good bass demo videos, keep up the good work. I really appreciate that you just play more generic bass lines with just drums so that we can really hear exactly what the bass sounds. And without talking. Some demo videos on RUclips are so much talking and so little actual playing!
Great sounding bass and playing too. You can use this bass for every kind of music. More useful/different sounds than you get from a Fodera. I had two of them.
Really.enjoyed the active bridge only tone at 2:45....the shows some really diverse tone possibilities versus what this thing is perceived to be made for. Great job on the vid!
Excellent demo. I'm about ready to order one of my own! By the way, the drum tracks you play along to are great. Is it a live drummer? If so, give them my compliments.
The NG is definitely voiced to be a little more in your face, they do have other lines and preamps that are more suited for the styles you mentioned. I’m sure if you reached out to Dingwall they would give you more info.
Hallo Rainer, was mich schon lange interessiert: wo bekommst Du Deine Drumspur her ? Oder machst Du die selbst ? absolut saubere Technik hast Du, ich bin begeistert ! Vielen Dank für Info ! Gruß Roland
Finally a demo of the NG3 in a more generic musical setting!! And a very good one at that!
I was searching a video like this too

They do. You just play through it.
This bass is capable of way more than I thought. Nice to hear it without a ton of nasty distortion on top!
Finally a video with clean tone w/o nasty distortions! As a clean-tone bass player this helps a lot!

Easily the best demo of this bass I’ve heard. A++
Awesome demo! The preamp is bass, low mid, and high mid. No treble control.

Yeah. Fodera's tone seems to be rather neutral 90 percent of the time. pretty boring sounding to be honest.
I can’t wait to get mine should be ready by May. Thank you for this awesome demo.
Did you get it and how do you like it?
2 yrs later finally got mine coming next week had to come back to geek out on this video! Probably the best demo of it!
Killin demonstration. I play gospel/funk primarily, and I have my heart set on one of these axes!
Sold me on this bass. Great demo!
flawless technique and great taste

you can hear it on many of the bass related amp and fx reviews on bonedo.de/bass! :-)
Very very nice demo
I hope to own one of these in the future
I think im going to buy this bass in a few days
This bass actually makes me wanna use the B string only on every song!! It's THAT good!
Very Cool 😎 thank you!
Nice
I see that fodera 😍😍😍
Dingwalls are so insane
Sound better than I thought, I don’t like distorted bass tones
Nice ghost note👻

Does any bass player use these instruments for Jazz, Fusion, or Soul? Seems to be fully set for the Metal scene. Just interested.
Leland Sklar uses his Dingwall on tour with Phil Collins. So it can be used for pop music too.

Check out the band Root Shock. The bassist uses Dingwalls.
Hello, may I ask what's the singal chain for this demo? Are you going straight into an interface or are you using an amp/pedal? Thank you.

What is your recording chain for this demo?
I thought they were 5 pc necks
They are 5 piece go to www.Dingwallguitars.com and it will give you all the specs
