I think all the cattle that went on feed last year are running out. We're short fat cattle going into the holidays. Roast beef is a huge deal in the North East states.

60 days weaned with 2 rounds will bring ya best money no matter the market. Don't have to lay the feed on em just enough to bring em along. Just my opinion from northern mo
@@caseywaller8151 yeah, but will the cost of feeding them for 60 days make up for the difference in price on sale day? I don’t think it will. All mine have their two rounds in as we get that done at branding and castration time.
every feedlot i talk to is down 10 to 30 percent from last year.
