Well I suggest that you wait a little for the gifts to show up. If they don't then shift to the windows version if you want to. I suggest that you shall buy the morph class, it's a good class.

Yes, your plan is good. Complete till tier 7 and then you can purchase the premium pass, it will automatically unlock the next three tiers.

You can get lava grinder from the Exotic boxes, or from the VIP boxes 😊. You have to buy them with credits.
