Can I make a suggestion? When you do your Scotch eggs, try mixing stuffing, and possibly a bit of chutney in with the sausage meat.

Please keep a check on your cholesterol, there is alot of saturated fat in what you are eating, esp the processed stuff. Ie sausage, burgers, kebab meat.
And alot of butter.....

Saturated fat is your friend. Keep away from the vegetable oils, rapeseed ect.
Please explain how?, please just Google saturated fat, they are very unhealthy....
Please also Google rapeseed oil, cold pressed is good for lowering cholesterol and reducing the risk of heart diesease

You need to look further than Google bud. Do your research and believe what you feel is correct. The evidence is out there, The human race is sicker than it ever been, how has this happened as we all have followed the experts for decades, Surely if you step back, you muse see that what we are taught is making people sicker than we have ever been and that's down to the food we eat. I'm not here to teach you, I have proven to myself what I now believe with following like minded people and my own blood results.

Delicious 😋 I love meat Ribeye and I would love to be a carnivore if I had a garden like yours id definitely have chickens so I could have free roaming eggs not the ones you buy in the supermarket they've no nutritional benefits whatsoever because they're fed by humans

I spent a lot of years out in Texas and I can tell you that Slow grilled beef brisket is a major deal! I still cook low and slow with charcoal correct! I f you get out your charcoal smoker and have at it for 14 hours at least you will be taking it seriously! I am not able to talk of Australian brisket but I can tell its serious too!

Was that Dobbies garden centre? They used to be good. Last time I met a friend there and there was one person in the restaurant, but they still managed to take half an hour to bring my friends salad and my toasted sandwich. We chose that so it would be nice and easy. The toasted sandwich was poor and my coffee was cold. I asked them to warm it up. Really horrified at the price for such a poor deal.
