Great suggestion for the couch placement with 2 chairs by the windows. The view out those windows can be enjoyed by everyone in the room. When those leaves change color later, you will be so glad you made the change! I love watching the progress as you make this house your home❤❤❤❤😊

If you ever decide to get a storm door on the front or if you already have one, it would be so pretty to have a console table on the opposite wall by the front door with a lamp. Very cozy and looks so nice from the outside when the door is open. Love what you did to the cabinets!
Courtney, I may have missed where you intend to put the rug you removed from your livingroom, but if you put it under your dining room table, you may be happier with the whole look. A rug in that area will anchor your furniture, instead of the floating look without it. You have wonderful taste and I enjoy watching the changes you make.
I agree I have a big rug that I want to save up and buy for the living room then I will take the one I just bought and put it under the dining table I got rid of the old rug since it had so much blue in it 😁❤️

Anytime you move into a new place it’s important to live in the space for a few months, but in my case, it’s ONE darn year in order to get the feel and flow of everything. I absolutely love the painted console. The furniture placement looks so much better and seems to give you more room. The new coffee table will look so nice when you get it. I love the idea of getting another recliner and putting the round table in the middle. I don't think you need a faux fireplace as the TV screen saver fireplace will suffice. Please don't get rid of the new painted console. They are beautiful. Those razor tools are the best. I have a glass top stove and keeping it clean is a chore. I spray the top with oven cleaner, let it sit for about 10 minutes and then use the razor to scrape off any stains or burned on food. I then take a paper towel and wipe off the oven cleaner and then use Spray Away to shine it up. I love that you guys are able to buy the mobile home. I can't wait to see your next projects.
Honestly, I love your layout & entire home. For me though, what I think would look nice in your living room is your console (that's sticking out from the smaller wall) and put it against the plain wall in your living room (leaving your recliner & couch as is) and put your TV on it. This way your couch & recliner are directly facing the TV. I think it would be better all your necks & easier to watch when the TV is straight in front of your seating area. The little ones can still watch TV while eating at the dining table too that way. Worth a try to see if you feel comfy that way. Either way, your home is Beautiful!!! ❤😊

Just a thought...When you take the doors off the entertainment center to put in the fireplace, see if they will fit on the outer bookcase units to cover the two opening where you are talking about the baskets going and then you could have some concealed storage. OR...Maybe, you can keep one door on each end of the fireplace unit in the entertainment center depending on the size of the fireplace insert.

Good Morning Courtney...I like the new furniture arrangement...it gives the babies room to play and you can still see everyone...if you can get a color card from the store showing the Oyster Bay color, you can find a similar color for the cabinet by the door, it would blend without being too much of one color...the wall unit looks great with the new color, it stands out !!

Good Morning. Excited you are buying! Painting the living room cabinets is your decision. When you have open spaces you need to be consistent with color. The kitchen cabinets look out of place. Maybe when you paint island it will bring it together. Keep videos coming.
Your decisions turned out BEAUTIFUL! No fireplace needed you have the TV fireplace. I love it! If you need extra heat you an get a tower heater and tuck it away somewhere when not in use.

When/if you remove the 3 hooks that Kyle screwed into the wall by the door, just screw them into a piece of wood (1 x 4) and then screw the piece of wood into the wall in your new location. The two recliners would look great by the window, or they don’t have to necessarily match either. Looks great!
😢I love it, I absolutely do. For me, and this is only for me, I would move the recliner more to the left towards the pumpkin picture and angle it more towards the tv. Then, have the table moved to the right of the recliner. The standard lamp should go more or less to the left of the recliner, again at the pumpkin picture. Put a table lamp or a heat lamp for a candle, which means you can have the scent without lighting and a nice little table lamp too ❤ xxx
If you do that with 2 recliners at your windows. I would suggest a round table. I love that idea so you can look out your windows from recliners or rockers and window is not totally blocked.
I love the transition of the bench moved over to the smaller area and the big one moved behind the front door. That looks really nice and I’m glad it fits well.

If you do that with 2 recliners at your windows. I would suggest a round table. I love that idea so you can look out your windows from recliners or rockers and window is not totally blocked.

Looks gorgeous… hopefully my mom gets this job in Alabama, noticed some manufactured homes that look great…. I need to paint my blanket ladder a lighter color and my nightstand be a they truly don’t match my bedroom furniture. I did paint my current room and some pone asked if it was a stock photo from Wayfair. I took it as a compliment. But it looks gorgeous. You have a talent for this.
