I like how you described the RJ Spiral because it’s happened to be before…. It’s so strange that I’ve been married for over 20 years and my RJ didn’t affect me until I retired…. Then, BAM!!, RJ hit me like a ton of bricks.. I fully understood that it was a me problem with nothing to do with her…. I have made a lot of progress but sometimes I have “spiraled,” but I don’t ask her anything about her past which centered/focused on only one man…. Thanks for your videos which has really helped me understand and work on this without shaming her for this one person anymore…. Sorry for this overlong message…….
Absolutely amazing how u Mail each step in the downward spiral our mind takes us u to… getting an answer that’s decent at the time or even satisfying but then ruminating and over thinking about “the way she answers”, “maybe she meant something else”, “is she just trying to appease me and lying to me “.. putting stories together like a puzzle and then saying they don’t work … there are lies here .. I caught her It’s miserable I hate it and I know she is beyond fine wirh my issues … 35 years together, 18 of that married… wyf is wrong with me? Lol … u nail everything I wish I can afford your services I need them before I lose my marriage
