This video is great. I had my steps loose in my shed for 3 years. Finally decided to add the deck extension to use the steps. So my instructions were destroyed but the pieces were intact. This video worked to perfection and now my steps are assembled and solid. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you for all the great info and presentation!! All the things that aren't in the Medieval instructions. On those instructions Rome would been built in a decade! Semper Fi
Thanks for this video! I’m on year three of owning it but completely forgot how to assemble.

is there a place that can ship this item abroad??
What size screw to secure to deck
I don’t have the base pieces why?
Ok my rails broke on my step in set so I reordered new rails but I can’t get the old ones out for the life of me…I tried wd40 to loosen but they’re stuck..HELP!
Get a man
Hello, Do you sell or know where i can order replacement parts. Thank you
I found mine at Confer plastics on the web. I can’t get my old rails to turn lose to install new ones..I’m stuck..literally!
Why are you having to purchase new rails?
Does the sand leak into the pool
No, not so far
If you force the air out by squeezing the sides it does. I got impatient
How much sand is needed?
40# 20 on each side in the bottom and apparently you're supposed to leave top holes open for water to fill but I filled the whole thing with sand. Shouldn't go anywhere.
If you dont have a funnel you can use a plastic pop bottle w bottom cut off .
@@stormysocks does the sand leak out
I would not use sand if you live in an area that has cold winters. Because it will be hard to get it out of the pool
How do you get the steps out for the winter? I have the set that has both sides plastic, I do not have a deck
Ever get am answer? I was thinking of leaving mine in for winter
this is the info I am looking for as well. Lots of videos on how to get them in the pool but none on tips to remove them.
@@kristygnagey7145 Had my son on the deck as I was in the pool to lift. Let water run out some before finally pushing up as he lifted out of the pool onto the deck.
@@xpert1111 Did he lift it out by the handrails? I’m trying to figure this out as well!
@@terrybrooks2927 yes as I pushed from below
My wife just jumped off the top step into the pool and all the water came out including the steps I just put together. Hey the neighbor is now using the steps because he said it landed in his yard

Very poor design
It requires a lot of weight attached to the rear of the lower steps to keep it from floating up.
