TIP: I actually get shortage of them very quickly. They can be used in Maggie noodles, pasta, topping on bread and cheese, can also be used in home made cheese dipping for samosa, pastry khara for snacks. My kids like topping them like crazy.

This oregano is devoid of any volatile oil and blended with olive leaves etc. The flavour is the onion and the garlic flakes in it. Good quality oregano with around 2 % volatile oil content is imported at around 300 - 350 rupees a kg. There is a customs duty of around 35% on it. The landed cost comes to around 500 per kg and is sold at 600 plus per kg in bulk.
