  • It's important to look at every angle when considering how we treat or live with our MS and diet is a major factor. This video explores the theories behind MS Diets and whether or not they're beneficial. I explore this as objectively as possible, but please note, I do state my OWN opinion as well. Please don't ever make decisions on your treatment without consulting your medical professionals first.

The science stuff is not boring at all! It’s so necessary for understanding what’s happening to us. You could say you’re making the info more “digestible” for all of us, haha;)

Fantastic video topic Lindsay. I’ve been vegetarian all of my life, So my diet has primarily been fruit and vegetables and what do you know, I was diagnosed with MS. Boo Hoo. The only thing I need is B12 for my balance which I can only get from meat sources so that sucks. I’ve upped my potassium too which is supposed to help. Let’s see what happens.
I haven’t had DMDs in years too because of the side effects. Like you mentioned, I didn’t want chemicals pushed into my body but I guess I’m running out of options. I will begin them again when I see my new Neuro in April.

Just take one day at a time, you’ll know what feels right and you can only try things to see what works. It’s so frustrating for all of us as one thing works for one person and not another. It’d be so much easier if there was a general solution lol! X

Hi Shirley, I love your videos. I have went down the road of cutting things from my diet but I ended up feeling worse. I definitely feel the dmds are necessary. Lately I have just made sure I eat more fruit and veg and take vitamin D and C. Is there anything you cut from your diet or do you just eat everything in moderation? Thanks 😊
