Do you shoot with the button or with tempo? I shoot with tempo on high risk and when I switched to normal to try it I was hitting 2-3 whites a game but only if I half green with tempo shooting.
Mycourt doesn’t count. In the park or Rec the difficulty is set to somewhere between all star and hall of fame, and there is latency. For more accurate testing, use a empty court in the park or somewhere around the city

They pretty much forced you to learn rhythm shooting and then penalize you for learning it on catch and shoots. No matter how in time it or what adjustments are made I get the same feedback
Fellas never use drive camera as it affect camera angles on your jumpshot and it makes you more inconsistent since your getting different angles on your shots
I used to think normal risk made me shoot better, but the same amount of slightly early or late shots you hit. Half of them would have been green on high risk. The more shots you jack however the more slightly shots you make.
It’s always best to shoot on the most challenging setting because each year that setting typically stays the same and it’s a skill that help you easily adjust to each 2k as far as shooting. While shooting on easier settings they usually change year to year and do not help you learn how to shoot on 2k. which is why a lot of people struggle when they have to actually use shot timing or find shot cues because People are so use to the rng, real player percentage like shooting that is allowed on the easier shooting settings. ALWAYS CHALLENGE YOURSELF ON 2k it pays off way more than taking the easier route.

Surely too many variables for this to be accurate. Is this only wide open shots? Because including all (contested) shots I would shoot under 60%, but wide open I would be over. What three ball rating is this? Does it have badges? On my builds with HOF shooting badges I would shoot over 60%, on my big with silver badges I shoot under 60%. But normal % would surely also be lower? Doesn't really work.

Nah low risk op. Just use low risk and attempt to rhythm shoot played the same guy back to back in rec and he shot 6/8 and 5/7 from 3 and his timing was not even close on half the shots

Honestly can’t agree with this. I’ve tried normal risk and low risk, and I shoot a lower percentage with those. I’m only a 55% shooter this season from 3. High Risk just feels better
What I’m having an issue with is the shot que when I make my jumper. I go to set point. Shoot it says slightly late I put it on release it says slightly late. I change it from 4/4 to 3/4 speed slightly late when I shoot I don’t understand. At all
I find it unfair that I’m on high risk playing someone with lower risk. I have to actually time my shot to get rewarded while the person who mistimed their shot gets rewarded weather or not they timed their release perfectly

Can't bring myself to switch off high risk I don't like missing slightly earlys/lates that would have been a pure green on high risk.
There is no pure green window this year tho, some of those slightly are perfect timing

Just from personal experience - ive been shooting 50-55% from 3 this season using high risk. No way im shooting that well on normal as well.
