A lot of people like to say Papa Louie is a crooked businessman which is the more realistic outcome, but my headcanon is that he really does love cooking and looking for new menu items so much he doesn't know when to quit
You know, I think these three places could be new settings for future gamerias. Let's hope the next Papa's Next Chefs bother to let us decide the roster rather than making them pre-selected. I don't wanna wait years for Austin and Perri to be voteable again.
