Ha! Great pickup! On-a-side, Fischer is my favourite player... it would be good to see him with today's players, even against Magnus... a cat among the pigeons comes to mind! 🙃
This game further emphasises, as you aptly pointed out in your discussion, the opponents pieces are simply eventually paralysed. Stockfish is the master of causing a traffic jam for its opposition! You also often point out how Stockfish gets all of its pieces into the attack. Let's face it, against top engines you have to have all your pieces at your disposal to win the game, and Stockfish does. In regards to your "what's the killer move that wins for Stockfish," I was looking for the deflection move, which Stockfish is also the master of, and I didn't see bishop to F6... I was looking at Queen sacrifice taking pawn G7, or a rook taking the bishop on E7, and the obvious bishop takes bishop on E7... I did not see bishop to F6 deflection sacrifice! At least Caissa didn't fall for the deflection but the damage was done. To their credit, the opponent bots are getting better at knowing when to resign!! *PS: Loved your last video of the 23 moves by Stockfish,* an incredible incredible win! I predict that that is also a mark of an extremely advanced engine... able to get quick wins would be one key indicator of engine advancement! Yet another sign to how advanced Stockfish 16 is! And we can only imagine where engines will go in the further development in years to come when they can say reach 10^20 moves into a game! Thank you, Josip, for yet another superbly analysed chess match at the pinnacle level of skill.
Great win by the fish and a breathtaking tactic to finish. Thanks Josip.
Chess is becoming strange and beautiful, and the machines are showing us that the is still much much more to learn about it.
Completely agree, engines are now leading the way into new theory!
I can't follow all lines, I need several weeks to figure out
Incredible where chess engines are taking us now... and to think, it's only going to get more complex!
Loved the N x f7 and B f6... The Fish is brutal.... Thank you for sharing this game... Very instructive and your lessons are amazing Jozarov!
thank you for your enthusiasm for computer chess! It's fun to watch!
Agree!
I just knew it was going to be my favourite :-----"Fischer Bishop Spike".I don't think that spoils the film !

The isolated d pawn is not a weakness. If managed, it could be even a danger.
What a brutal Bishop... Bf6 !
In the pause the video moment why not just rook take bishop on e7 ? What was the counter play?
I thought the solution was exchanging bishops which would have been interesting to see what happen in that line.
So did I!
this variation is only a salt in beefsteak for the mad stockfish it seems, and as a Slav defense enjoyer, it made me salty. :
WOW, just wow!!
I'm happy because I saw that move at instant
Which stockfish number are you?
@@petersiegfriedkrug probably 16 at that moment but after that I was back to stockfish 0.1 😭
Fantastic game! I hope I learned something,
Extremely good point, I can't imagine a GM not studying bot games for insight like Josip shows in these deep analytic videos!!!
Maybe we should start a gofundme page to buy him a decent shirt...he looks like he just got back from dumpster diving.
I love Josip's priority on focusing on chess discussion and game theory... we are not here to gauge his attire!
Bishop to f6 is amazing, for sure
_Only_ engines can see these moves... a key indicator for auditors into chess cheating with engines.
I saw Bf6 almost instantly.
Are you a fish?
@@petersiegfriedkrug Most definitely a fish, but that move was easy to see in that position even for a fish like me.
