This sequence helped me: 1. Unplug the machine in power on state 2. Open the capsule lever 3. Hold the espresso (first button) and last buttons and plug it on back then while holding the buttons ( this will turn into entkalking mode) close the capsule lever and wait for it to flash once red then orange and an audible beep. 4. Release the buttons and then press any button, water will running and after some while all buttons will flash - water boiling is working again. Wait until buttons stop flashing. 5. Power of and power on the mashine
Just fill in your tank with water. Power on the machine. While the red light flashing and beep sound is continuing, press the espresso button once and wait for the pump to fill the machine and water to come out. After then, all the lights will flash then will stay lighted as normal. Thats all.

When they’re done blinking you can open the capsule lever, insert the capsule, close it and press a cup button accordingly to your capsule.
It helped me also !! During blinking (5 point) you can open a lever. I think It helped just like turn off, turn on and open a lever during blinking ;) thank you

I had the same problem, and in my case the sensor of the capsule lever opener was not working properly. Like in this video at 5:14: ruclips.net/video/txBClaLKe7w/видео.html I curved the metal a bit and now it is working normally.

Oh God İ have the same problem and İ applied every stage up there. Still it doesn't work. It just cannot take the water in the store.
Jusy press the large cup and take the water tank in and out while the machine is working. It sucks out the air and pulls the water. Worked for me
