It's very effective but sometimes I hear whispering happening. Whenever this is happening. I'm fully aware of what it is. Hopefully it will be gone soon.

Update: my anxiety was a 9 and after a few minutes of listening it became a 3!
Very nice recitation. Get very calm and stromg while listening. The only thing that bothers me is that from the 22 mark i hear instruments disturbing the roqya.
Those are not instruments brother.. Those are computer sounds

You have to have a Ruqya my dear sister..I have the same problem..after first Ruqya Alhamdulillah better but not completely gone ..pray more than 5 times a day..make dhikr morning and evening..recite ayatul kursi,ihlas,felek,nas after every prayer 3times and before sleep..hear Ruqya daily and suratul Al baqara, Taha, and the healining verses..read Qur‘an Amana rasul morning and eventing..drink Ruqya water ..may allah grand u shifaa 🤲🏻

Yes. When I close my eyes several faces show with my closed eyes and they are very terrible and I immediately open my eyes to see if someone was really there. When I open my eyes it’s nothing.

Mujhe job ki bahootzaroorat hai par mil nahi rahi lagraha jaise sab rasta band ho mein or meri mom bahut pareshan hain plz help me kuch batain kaya kare har dua pad kardekha hai par kuch nahi horaha pahle jo job thi wobhi choot gai mein apne ghar se hatna chahti par aisa bhi nahi hora main kya karoo dua mang mang kar thak gai koi rasta nahi mil raha
