I just meditate regularly without music and I just decided to do it with music this time. The music helped me reflect on my Japanese heritage and was soothing to hear these sounds it almost feels nostalgic
I been listing to this song Ever since I started meditation. It’s so powerful and beautiful. I close my eyes and It feels like I escaped this world for a little. It Pulled me trough some dark moments of my life. It help me self reflect and see it life differently. It brought peace and love to my soul when I most needed it. My world flipped up side down once I had my spiritual awakening. Took me about 3 years to get out of my darkest times in my life. To the point where I no longer wanted to live. I felt like giving up was my best option. I started to meditate for 3 straight months. Asking the universe for a sign. For something because I felt like I had no reason to be here no more. On the third month my wife and I found out we were having a baby. She was 4 months pregnant and we didn’t know till she started to feel super ill. If I would have giving up. I wouldn’t have meet my beautiful baby. She my everything and my motivation to keep on going. The universe has a plan for each and every one of us. We just have to stay positive and be patient. Your day will come. Just believe that it will happen. It happened for me and many others. I am know embarking the life of a psychic medium. Your a puzzle piece to someone life. If we don’t fill in that puzzle piece for that person it will take longer for the universe to find a other replacement. If your still reading this you have the gift and you know it. Don’t trow away that beautiful blessing. Believe in your self even if no one does. I hope you the best! Love you! ❤️🙏🏻

I recently got home from the Orthodontist in which I had a removal for some of the gum tissue at the back my mouth alongside with a fake tooth there. I've drank a cup of soup and shut my bedroom door and sat my bed sitting up straight for around 10 minutes quietly and thought I should soothin my mind and as well as my mouth. Thank you very much for this video.

The snow comes down. It freezes on the branches of the trees. The sun comes out, shines on those frozen shapes, and makes rainbows everywhere you look. I don't know if they are real. The snow angels come to me at night in my dreams. They sound like galloping ponies as they approach, but as I look carefully I see that their feet never touch the ground. The sound I hear is the gentle flapping of their wings. The sound I hear is the snow falling against my window. This music is simply beautiful. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. If you are using your phone, as am I, you can't avoid them, so I understand why people would be upset. I almost got a bit cross myself, but just find it quite funny now haha
