new to the pottery game and Im just sitting here having my mind blown. Thank you for this! Thank you thank you. I've always been intimidated by pottery because I thought you had to had to paint it onto the bisque item in the moment... freehand. holy crap. I'm so happy right now.
Is there a way to put my digital design onto a transfer sheet DIY? At the beginning of the video you have a black polka dot paper, that you used to make the underglaze dotted transfer sheet- can I ask what paper is it? Would rice paper work fine? Many thanks
This was printed on newsprint using Velvet Underglaze Inks and EZ screen. Once the newsprint was dry it was placed face down on a bisqued tile and wet with a damp sponge to transfer.

Fabulous series. Thank you!
Hi Kathy. Can I use this same slip for transferring images onto cone 6 clay, or should I use a different casting slip meant for cone 6 and higher?

Use plastic film is the wonderful process.
How did you get the intricate design accomplished, towards the end? The blue one, I think that is a fleur de lis design.

Can you transfer a napkin image to Clay?
What do you mean by a napkin image? A printed paper napkin? ~Cara
