  • Vanessa Guillen memorial ride with an interview with Sarah, an abuse survivor. With over 6,000 harassment and abuse reports by military members in 2019, we have to do a better job at protecting those who are protecting us. One way is to support efforts to outsource abuse investigations so they are out of the hands of the military. Join me on the ride, see some bikes but most importantly, learn about Vanessa and the many other victims and survivors.

My wife and I are both Veterans. Both very proud to have served. Stories like this tear at the heart strings. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Thanks for posting this video. It's tough to watch. Take care.

Hey MM. I have a feeling that this situation is opening up a lot of eyes and leading to a lot of long overdue conversations. That’s the best way we can honor the victims and survivors. Have the talks.

Thank you for pulling back the veil and shedding some light on this subject. We can honor our service members by serving them and that’s just what you’ve done here. You’ve done a really admirable thing here Deez...much respect Brother.

Kidmoto thanks for that man. It’s difficult to look at sotuatikns lkle this but like you say we need to shine light on it. When the motorcycle community comes together for something like this it reminds me about perspective. I’m proud of this city and know that if we all keep the conversations going, change will come.

Thanks for sharing the story and raising awareness. All of our service members deserve to be treated fairly and with respect. I am the father two young women and I hope they never have to deal with something like this in any capacity of employment or service.

It's something we can all raise awareness of, talking to the kids in our families boys and girls. I have a feeling there is more to the story, we will find out. Wishing you the best.

It was one of those motorcycle events where you’re not sure what to expect and end up gaining a lot from it.

As a vet, this is despicable to me and the fact that the coward got out of it by offing himself makes me more angry, we live everyday knowing that there’s a chance we could leave tomorrow and never come back, you don’t hurt family. Great job bro 👍

Thank you for your service bro. We need protect our protectors. We owe it to them. Not much will change unless these crimes are investigated by outside agencies.

One thing is hearing about it but meeting people who have gone through it and the story of Vanessa only 20 years old...it gets my blood boiling.

It’s a tragedy and it happens more than its reported. Problem is, its reported internally and so much gets swept under the rug.

It's going to take a lot of civilian oversight which poses a whole set of issues but it needs to happen.
