I'm with you on the Willow Aster repetitive insecurity. That would annoy the 💩 out of me. Maybe the first 2 times she was insecure, it would be fine. But then anything else would need to be internal.

I don't read a lot of saphic romances but I really enjoyed Serpentine Valentine by Giana Darling. You may already have that on your TBR though.

I agree with your thoughts about autumn nights. I found the heroin to be insufferable with her insecurities, but I only kept going because I loved the hero in his daughter so much. I'm glad you loved pretty broken dolls. I loved finding Delaware better, though. I think you will like it better too. Is it a very emotional stepbrothers romance
