The wind was cool and the sounds of bugs were quite loud, it felt like Fall was right around the corner🌾 I made a spicy omelet roll and gimbap to go on a walk :) I made a jam from figs and made a simple fig tart!
I made a kong guksu with Pulmuone tofu noodles that I eat a lot on the regular, I made home cooked meals with Earth friendly ingredients! I like how I was able to try a diet that thinks about my health and the Earth🍀

이번 일상도 기다려주시고 찾아와주셔서 감사드려요:) 꽤 선선한 바람도 불고 새벽에 풀벌레 소리가 크게 들려서 가을을 정말 앞두고 있는 느낌이 들더라고요🌾 이번 영상은 매콤한 땡초 달걀말이도 만들고, 동그라미 김밥 만들어서 산책도 다녀오는 일상입니다:) 무화과로 무화과잼도 만들어서 간단 타르트도 만들어봤어요!
평소에도 좋아해서 자주 먹는 풀무원 두부면으로 콩국수도 만들고, 지구식단 제품들로 건강한 집밥을 먹어봤어요! 건강을 생각할 뿐만 아니라 지구의 환경 또한 생각하는 맛있는 식단을 실천해볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다🍀

I think this is the first time that I finally see someone fill the 'square kimbap' in such a way that the rice is on both ends instead of one of the rice layers being in the middle & that was so satisfying to watch

@@maryegerton6848 - I believe she said she would change after preparing the first non-vegan meals and watching the Earth Watch program.
@@Jayapullani she said she was going to switch to a vegan diet little by little and track what she’s eating. Go back and re-watch it.

Figs are my favorite fruit in fall, but I’m living in Alaska and I can’t get them very often. Your fig tarts and jam look so tasty!
If they don't have a vegan mung bean egg substitute near you, you may want to try making it yourself. It really does an excellent job of mimicking scrambled egg and I've used it in kimbap and couldn't tell the difference!
