HF really has improved these clamps in the Bremen line. I like that you can reverse the jaws to use for spreading.

I bought a couple of these and compared them to my dewalt clamps from Home Depot. They gotta be made in the same victory, they’re literally exactly the same minus the color.

I have several of the black clamps that I use in building furniture. I use beautiful hardwoods. These clamps have rubber cushions on the jaws to protect the wood from indentations. The rubber does a good job.... EXCEPT there is an oily residue that transfers from the cushion to the wood. This residue then has to be sanded for removal. Otherwise, the wood is stained. This is very bad and requires a lot of extra work to remove the stain. I have tried several things to remove the oily substance from the jaw pads but have not been successful. Has anyone solved this dilemma? . Thanks!!!!

I won't buy the black ones they break too fast they don't last at all. The Bremen feels great I tried to break it in the store and could not. I'm not the strongest person in town but I'm not the weakest either and I clamped the hell out of it and it stood strong great! I look forward to using them in my shop the Erin clamps are way too expensive for me 20 to 25 dollars for one 6 inch clamp at my home depot or lowes nope! I paid 5.69 for each at harbor freight for the new Bremen bought 6 of them which came to 34.14 Erin would have cost 149.44 wow, nope hope these last by the feel of them I think they will so far love them have not used them in the shop because it is way too cold to get in there today but tomorrow will be in the 60's so hell yeah I'll be working in there and will definitely try them out! One of these days i'll learn how to film myself and maybe this week is when I'll give you a real review!

8:00 - I don't care what brand of clamps you use, using one clamp and showing it can move proves nothing. In math, 2 points determine a line. If you want to show that the clamps will hold it on the bench, use two clamps and then try to move it.

Great review!! Not sure why all the clamp “experts” are replying. They should make their own review videos since they no everything. Why on earth would you watch a review video when you already know everything?!
