Many won’t get it ,but there’s a lot of snobbery in this industry so I don’t expect them too ,it’s my view and how it affected my view of your vlog . Your now on my radar when it comes to referencing my clients who are doing renovations. ❤️

It is so lovely to see diversity among your team/associates. There is another popular UK designer (I am in America) about whom I have noticed the “lack” of diversity. -Simply noticed it and took pause. However, it is something that did not escape me, and I wonder about that from time to time when viewing her content and supporting her brand. Thank you for your authenticity and for who you are. Thank you so much for your message and your kind words and support. The lack of diversity is an incredibly important topic across all industries and it’s one I’m very conscious of . I am incredibly lucky because my team are simply fabulous, it is indeed a very diverse team and thank goodness! But on a serious note, it is something we all must really think long and hard about, and something I believe we are each individually and personally responsible for contributing to. I’m not a huge fan of jumping on bandwagons just to make a point but I am very motivated to take the steps I need to take to make sure we are always diverse as a team. Thank you sincerely.
