I wish there was a LOVE button! I'm a senior music major and was just informed that this will be the next piece up for the semester. Always loved the character of this piece and can't wait to make the notes come to life :)
I'm a sophomore in high school, and I will be playing this solo this year. You did a magnificent job of playing this solo. You've given me a great reference on how I should make this sound. Great job! Thanks a lot.
@alexeipaish This really is one of the most expensive marimba solos I've bought (twice as much as most), but it's worth every penny. I bought 7 or 8 other solos to go along with it, and this is the one I'm most excited about learning and performing.
@SpedunkTV Im using a 4 octave, there are some notes in the first half that need transposing up an octave. but then in the second half it modulates to F major, so that becomes quite a pain seeing as my marimba goes as low as an A. Its a bit more of a workout for the left hand but nothing too prohibitive :)
Hello! I love the music and pictures compilation, but is there any chance we could get a video that shows your hands as you play this? The visual aspect of marimba is by far one of my favorites, and it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
could you tell me anything about how exactly the marimba was recorded? close mics, hall mics, or a combination? If you don't know any specifics no worries. This performance was beautiful, thanks for sharing!

Still love this!

@MrDrumspirit If you really found it that beautiful, you probably wouldn't mind paying for it.
Can I buy this on iTunes?

What mallets and marimba did you use in this recording?
What mallets are you using?
Do you need a five octave to play this piece?

@MrDrumspirit Buy the music and stop trying to ask everyone on youtube for it. Seriously disrespectful.
This is beautiful.
Where can i find the sheets online without paying?
Legal sheets are NEVER for free.
The composers also need money to live from. I think you will complain if your work isn't paid anymore.
