There are newer ones that recently came on Amazon. What you could do is before you install, you can blue tape the rubbery black portion and spray paint glossy black the aluminum portion - this way you’ll have black on black.
Wait - so the only thing holding these up and on are some screws? There aren’t any support braces/brackets attaching to the body & underneath the steps?
@@ReggieW1N_youtube I commented on this a few days before I went to pick mine up. It actually came with the factory steps and its the same setup like you did in the video. I can feel a little give when I step on it but nothing alarming. BUT I rarely use the step anyway the vehicle isnt tall enough so the height of the step is in an awkward position. My kids definitely use it so ill keep em. I may add the 2" lift kit a few years from now, maybe then the step will be more beneficial for me to use.
This is the best video I've found for the installation, and it's consistent with the 2025 model. Thank you!
Thanks for your video, it made my install easy and straight forward.
Thanks for this video, saved me $150b
Nicely done, Guv'Na... Spot on 👏👏👏
Good morning. I don't see the front splash guard on the vehicle ???
Without this video, it would have taken all day to figure out how to install.
Thank you for this!!
Great job… I have a gravity gray 2023. I wonder if they make all black running boards without the wide detail.

You can also wrap the aluminum portion to make it darker or black. That will likely be a down the road project :)
What happened to the screws that were hanging underneath?
Where did you pick these running boards up at?
Do you still have the rocker panel you removed? I’m looking for a replacement right panel.
Thinking about adding these to our telluride we just purchased..side not fast forward and the chiefs just won another Super Bowl 😂😂😂
Can i get the link for the light under dashboard n seat
Great video, saved me alot of hassle Thanks for sharing

Yes sir lol. It’s crazy right?
@@4n251 definitely crazy! I guess someone eventually is going to test those weight limits but if it’s holds up that’s impressive for sure
It’s been almost 3 months and no issues so far!

I have same set up on my sorento, they're not the sturdiest by design but they've held up. They look very sharp
Awesome. Thank you.
How did you add the blue light in the foot area? It looks cool
I purchased lights from amazon and installed them under the seats. I can make a video to show you the wiring
The link for the lights are in the description:) hope that helps!
@@ReggieW1N_youtube Yes please make the wiring vid! I need these for my 2023 Sorento.
I want to see how you wired and did the lighting too . Please !
Do you plan to do the lighting wiring video ?
Great video made my project a whole simpler. The instructions that came with the unit were not near as claar.
Did your telluride come with ambient lighting? Or did you install it yourself?
No I do not think any of them come with that lighting thats an aftermarket
Nice mom car
Thanks
