I didn't watch Many of Nixs games, but the first thing that stood out to me was his footwork and body position in the quick game. If a team has weapons, and they want to take elements of the dolphins quick/screen game, they are going to need a guy that can do all of the ball handling and have his feet in position to throw an accurate catchable ball on time, which is not a trivial skillset. Bo Nix has those skills and more. Nobody knows what type of career a prospect will eventually have, but I think Nix could do well if he goes to a system that suits his skills
I watched alot of nix this and last year and I agree with a bit of what you say he excels at the quick passing game and has an ability to score that’s real fun to watch but his footwork needs work in my opinion he tends to drift back and not step into the pocket and doesn’t lead the ball with his foot but his dropback is beautiful for a collage qb almost young elway like.
@@bridger1172 im a huge nix fan but i see that a bit also...still guy throws on time doesnt turn it over...he was the best in the 2 min before the half and last 2 of the game...he is way more polished then drake maye...that guys foot work is not good at all

I don’t see the saints taking nix there paying Derek a lot of money and he’s been playing better football then people think I can see the broncos taking a qb cause if they are cutting Russ they can’t afford a free agent the other place I can maybe see is the raiders but I think there going to see if Aiden can improve.

I see what you're saying but voluntarily downgrading (potential) production at QB is not a move that's going to help a General Manager keep his job.

Every play he looks to the sideline for the pre snap read. If you a 25 yr old QB that cannot read a defense yet, that ship has sailed.He is a one read and throw. If not there, then he checks down. He will not be able to improvise and make those throws in the NFL .This would be a bad pick
