I really MISS this type of format for this show. You look at the recent episodes. They are sooo HEAVILY edited. Just "shoot" it at all one viewing angle or position, as shown here.
@@RahulSharma-pf6cp Love your nitpicking of a very basic point, the company name means nothing. I'm not going to go through each show and find out who the originator was, in that country, and how it relates the original show to the current show from a TV production standpoint. Not one of these shows the original air date, people complain about it, WHOEVER OWNS IT and could make a very simple addition don't bother............. I mean really, Rahul? Should I have just keystroked "Hollywood" to cover anything in the future? Why don't you put the date up, instead of looking for something to complain about. @@RahulSharma-pf6cp Dragons' Den is a reality television program format in which entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to a panel of venture capitalists in the hope of securing investment finance from them. The program originated in 2001 in Japan, where it is known as The Tigers of Money (Japanese: マネーの虎, romanized: manē no tora), a pun on "The Tiger of Malaya" (マレーの虎, marē no tora), which was the nickname of WWII general Tomoyuki Yamashita.[1] The format was created and is owned by Nippon TV and is distributed by Sony Pictures Television.

I like the gym / bouncing around. That's different, and would be fun. I think he should expand in Toronto first. Why can't he expand on his own (to a larger place) with a profit of $90 k/yr??? Only take out a small salary for yourself, and put money away.
Bruh it’s funny how the guy with the exercise band was not a kiss ass. He treated them all like they were humans with no partiality. This is how it ought to be.
Yeah but he literally only had a band tied to a stick, you can only have that type of indifferent attitude if your product is really good which his wasn't
The guy with the bike rack, I would have actually offered him money for the headpiece on the helmet. Because I think that is where money could be made. It's a good idea. I would ask if he had a patent on it, and then just buy it outright from him.
Me too, and I live in Canada (I'm referring to SOME of the inventions - the exercise band guy especially). HOWEVER, I DID like the attachment on the helmet (the bike rack guy), and the kayak. Of course, the other shows have these bizarre ones too (i.e. the Ionic Ear? The tongue for licking cats?? The 3 socks guy??? Makes me embarrassed for the USA, among other things...)
Top sports products? Up to number 3, first 2 got no deals. How are these the top products? Edit, 3rd just finished, not even an offer, so.... already 3 out of 5, no deals, 2 out of 5 without a single offer, and there's 2 still to go. This is what the official Canada Den's channel uploaded. Click baiters. Edit 2, another bomb out with number 5, only 4 got a deal. 1 out of 5 pitches. I want the half hour of my life back.
You're not thinking.. They are not for end user, they are supposed to be permanent bike parking fixtures paid for by govt and various corps. For example a large hospital might put a swing style set like he explained that can hold say 20 bikes . The lock is brilliant and would end bike theft, but it's too big and expensive.

Love it when a health app uses a guy on a boatload of gear and his GH gut sticking out to promote it 😂
The producers had to be trolling with some of these pitches bro 😂😂
They were all actually so funny with the Frank guy lol 🤣🤣🤣
That was great. His real story might be pretty interesting!
I work with him 😂
Why did that second entrepreneur sound like he was on the verge of tears at first? 😆

Why is this channel rolling out these Canadian episodes by type of product (sports, drinks, etc.)? I prefer variety.
Is this an ad for steroids or for cringe?
Are these the only 5 sports products on the den? weird compilation

Watching Dragon’s Den Canada makes me wonder if there’s something wrong with Canadian’s. The men are so sleazy compared to the British version.
I'm curious... Are Canadians generally socially awkward, or is it just the folks that come on this show?
