Glad your hand is healing up. My family in New Mexico slow roasts beef tongue, with carrots, onion, garlic, celery potatoes, and chili. Delish, and soft, melt in your mouth. Next day, on a roll with avocado slices, yuuuummmm.
It always amazes me what Eric can find when he's discovering new vending machines. Excellent presentation. Now if there was a floating vending machine while your out surfing on the ocean I would pay to see that.

Ice Cream and Squid ... 😮 My Mom used to make beef tongue ... was not a fan, my older brother was, not sure if he still is ... she would boil it with spices, kind of like pickling it, then remove the "skin," then roast it in the oven

I love the vending machine videos! It's so incredible to see the types of cuisine that Japan offers in their's. It's so hard to imagine being here in the US and being able to walk around in your neighborhood finding all kinds of international foods available in vending machines. Also, I must say, I'm enjoying the "Cool Stuff" part of new episodes, but could have done without seeing you "lick" your elbow. LOL

Yeah it's always good to get together for a family meal. The videos really do bring us together though. Otherwise we're all on our own schedules

I’m always impressed with the cleanliness of the vending machines despite being outside and subject to the elements and exhaust from passing cars.
Good point Craig. The machines are always pristine. I think they're wiped down every day.
Another great episode. I don't remember seeing if the newspaper vending machine had a slot to return read newspapers.
