    The fact that this 9 minute video is only of a 18 game stretch is completely mind boggling, absolute wizard with the ball

    I'm 52 and watched a lot of ball, a lot and I've never seen anyone do what this kid does offensively, he consistently make very tough opposite hand layups and just impossible to guard, he often score on 3-4 defenders or between 2 bigs and he does it in a variety of ways, his jumper is just as smooth from anywhere on the court, beside Jordan he's the most exciting player that I've ever seen.

      Absolutely, great comment. I did not have to watch Kyrie for long for him to become my favorite player. I have never seen such a combination of skills.

      Bulls Derrick Rose was more exciting to watch, he was the perfect combination of Kyrie's ball handling + Westbrook's athleticism.

      Yes this!! I've been trying to get people to see this. Kyrie literally plays at another level when it comes to court speed. He has another gear of quickness that alot of people can't even reach. Which makes his dribbles moves much more effective. That is why he's so great at adjusting in the air for layups and shots. I feel like he sees the game like how the flash looks when hes speeding past normal people lol. Kyrie is different!

    • @herbysylvestre6175

      the most amazing thing about Kyrie is that the vid is just from a single playoff run. He has more highlight reels in a 2 month span than ppl have in their entire careers lol

  • @LoftyXsWaGX34
    @LoftyXsWaGX34 6 лет назад +84

    I used to wonder why he put so much flare to his layups but a lot of what he does is to deceive bigger players into jumping early. He just a master of deception and using his body to shield he ball from blocks. And the fact that most of this is instinct and reaction makes it even more impressive.

  • @ninjachannel007
    @ninjachannel007 6 лет назад +396

    Every single one of these layups was a highlight. I think he makes difficult layups look so routine that people don't see how good he really is. His basketball instinct are just quicker than every defender.

      Random Westbrook had his own team last year, so he averaged more with poor efficiency. Curry averaged 30PPG once as the primary offensive option, Harden is and has been the primary scorer since he went to Houston. Point debunked. It depends on the situation you're in... Oh I forget Celtics' entire offensive played for and around IT so that explains that too.

      Paul Rashid nope. Why did you compare the 2 mvp vs non mvp.
      We respect there greatness
      But curry is more unstoppable than kyrie

    Thank God he was able to make it to the nba especially how his game far as dribbling alot of coaches won't let you rock like that I was kinda the same way when growing up playing basketball....alot of people be hating on you when you can dribble and navigate through traffic like that you have to be very determined..kyrie reminds me of like a recess...open gym...after-school basketball raw ass point guard that just plays for his love of the game...respect kyrie nothing but respect from me
