    If we compare Alpha Grand vitara AT 17 lakh with Aplha Grand vitra intelligent electric hypbrid 20 lakh for 2 lakh km drive. Following are the result of amount of price of petrol and battery.
    Alpha normal AT :
    Purchase cost showroom = 17 lakh
    Average= 16km per litre
    Per km cost = Rs 6.6
    Km driven = 200000 km
    Cost of fuel = ₹ 13,12,500
    Alpha intelligent electric hybrid AT :
    Purchase cost showroom= 20 lakh
    Average= 27 km per litre
    Per km cost = Rs 3.9
    Km driven = 200000 km
    Cost of fuel = ₹ 7,78,000
    **Cost of battery change= ₹ 400000. ( if we take two time change in battery for 2 lakh driven car the cost may be 4 lakh, not sure, let take it 4 lakh with 2 lakh one time.)
    Total cost of running 2 lakh km as following:
    Alpha normal AT : ₹13,12,000
    Aplha intelligent electric hybrid AT : cost of fuel + cost of battery = ₹ 11,78,000
    Result Intelligent electric hybrid car is ₹ 1,34,000 ( 1312000 - 1178000) . So it is ₹ 1,34,000 cheaper for cost of running the car for 200000 km.
    ** If we have exact cost of battery then result are more realistic.

    marutis global ncap and low torque rating is the biggest reason other companies are surviving , if marutis improve these two factors than it can goes upto 80 percent market share.

      No brother. There is a reason for these things. It's not that maruti can't do it. They don't want to do it as both of these things will decrease mileage. Mileage is the most important factor for Indian customers.

    I choose not to buy this car because Sunroof is the problem. Inside should have with hard material instead of that white sheet.

    Sunroof is a big drawback of grand vitara . The cabin doesnt cool due to heat coming in thru the net like sunroof blind

    Bilkul jhuth bol raha hai kuch pata nahi bas gappe maar raha hai 40 kya 25 tak mushkil se aata hai ev mode aur fir kuch time baad on petrol also jab ev mode ka button dabao aata hai ev mode not available bas bechne ke liye jhut bolte hai also bahut kam torque hai chala ke pata chalega 30 40 speed par jab petrol engine full on control leta hai to itna shor karta hai diesel se jyada

      Engine can turn on based on a lot of factors. It can turn on even at very slow speeds and also at the same time on highways while coasting without much pressure on pedal I have seen it running in EV above 100kph also.
