In my opinion they should take the Royalty Offer which Amit and Anupam give. Jinka EBITTA 44% hai unko 10% royalty back karne mai kuch problem nahi hota and on the other hand funding vi ajata.

This business is going to be saturated. Aur as an Direct investor they always look for at least 80%-150% of return not just some 5x or 10x return. So, that's why this business is very good for the entrepreneurs but not for the investor as they didn't get a fair exit (That doesn't mean that it's a loss, it means it is not a worthy deal to make).
And that's why Amit is offering Royalty Offer, in that way he can at least get a win win deal where his ultimate investment will be zero after he gets his capital back.

They have young brains with conviction. They built a business with 44% net margin which is huge, especially in a seemingly unorganised & not so very lucrative business.
As a fashion business it's could be very tricky but the coaching / teaching / App etc it's a jackpot. With proper business knowledge it's almost full proof 👍 Amazing combo of skills, management , hard work and vision.
They know the value of their company...A quality quite rare in this show. Loved them
